A guide to vitamin-rich foods
Keeping track of which foods are rich in certain vitamins can be a daunting challenge. There is a whole alphabet of vitamins that are spread among many different foods. Vitamin D – This nutrient is actually a hormone produced naturally in the body after exposure to the sun. However, because few people get enough sun exposure, many dairy products like milk and cheese are fortified with the "sunshine vitamin."
